Berry Breakfast Porridge

The slow release energy from the cinnamon and oats will curb hunger for longer and the nutritious berries will fill you with nutrients such as Vitamin C which will support your immune system.

1 full cup rolled oats

1 grated apple

250ml boiling water

250ml plant milk

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 handful blueberries

1 handful strawberries

1 tablespoon chopped nuts or seeds


 Boil the kettle, place the oats, apple, and cinnamon in a bowl, pour the boiled water over the oats and wait a minute. Then add the berries, nuts, and milk and enjoy
