Feel good about your chocolate fix, as it’s high in fibre and has a nice amount of magnesium to relax your muscles. Mangos have good levels of vitamins and minerals specifically Vitamins, A & C supporting your immune system. So a small amount out of the freezer will do you good!
200g 85% dark chocolate
1 mango (can use frozen)
Method:
In a double boiler melt the chocolate, cut the mango into little cubes and spread the mango out onto a baking sheet in a 10” – 12” baking tray. Pour the chocolate over the mango and place the tray in the freezer for about ½ an hour. When it’s frozen remove from the freezer and break them up into the size you prefer.
