1lb chicken breast cubed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Hungarian Paprika powder
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
½ teaspoon Herbamere Salt
a dash of black pepper
3 colours paprika cubed into 1 inch squares
Method
Preheat grill oven on 200 degrees, in a bowl combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika powder, parsley flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix the chicken in the oil mixture and thread the cubes of chicken and paprika alternately onto wooden skewers. Place them over a wire rack and bake them for 10 minutes, twist them and bake them on the other side for another 10 minutes.
