Lemon Balm is a great anti- bacterial and good to boost your mood in these winter days, whilst the garlic is full of nutrients and found beneficial to boost your immune system! This is a great dressing to keep in the fridge and use on any salad.
¾ glass olive oil
8 lemon balm leaves
1 sprig rosemary
3 cloves garlic
Himalayan salt and black pepper to taste
Wash the leaves well and place all the ingredients in a bowl.
Blend well with a hand blender.
