Parsley Salmon

This recipe is full of anti-inflammatory properties from the fish which is well known to act as an anti-inflammatory to the parsley and lemon juice, a quick and easy way to pain relief!

1 slice salmon fillet

¼ teaspoon sea salt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Parsley flakes


Preheat the oven at 200 degrees, wash the salmon fillet, sprinkle the salt on the top and wipe the fish with the lemon juice, then sprinkle the entire top of the salmon with parsley flakes and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
